1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

During high volume periods (e.g. sale events or holiday seasons), processing time may be extended by a few days.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship from 'London, United Kingdom' to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method:

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We offer 'free shipping' on orders over £50 (before taxes and after discounts), where applicable.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are ’not included‘ in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

UNIIXX is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). You can track your package via the link provided in the email.

If you do not receive your tracking email within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at ’unitrading.uk@gmail.com‘.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please:

- Check your tracking information;
- Verify your shipping address;
- Contact your local postal service.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at ‘unitrading.uk@gmail.com’, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed.
